Chicago’s first Kimchi Challenge!
We had so much fun at the Kimchi Challenge. From traditional kimchi, to pineapple and peanut, whole heads of fermented cabbage to julienned vegetables, there were an amazing array of delicious styles! With all that fun, it was hard to pick a winner, but someone had to triumph. And without further ado…
