Ernest Miller is the chef for the Farmer’s Kitchen in Hollywood, California, a non-profit community-oriented project of Sustainable Economic Enterprises of Los Angeles. He is also the lead instructor for the Master Food Preserver Program for the University of California Cooperative Extension in Los Angeles County. He was a US delegate to Terra Madre 2012, the international Slow Food conference. In addition to his background in food, he is a prior enlisted Marine, honors graduate of the United States Naval Academy and attended Yale Law School.
